Joule Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services (Jouleracs) is a sole proprietor company owned by Mr. Dennis C. Ygbuhay; he has a vast experience in the field of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) Industry both local and international for more than 30 years.

Prior to establish the Company he was previously a Commissioning Manager and Plant Manager in one of the largest District Cooling Company in the World that has a branch in Saudi Arabia handling the Acceptance of newly Constructed District Cooling Plants and Operating to the Design. 

In addition, he also handles the Chiller Plant Audits of existing District Cooling Plants in the entire Kingdom. Furthermore, on his previous company he was a Service Supervisor of York International for the Northern Gulf Region which covers the countries like Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Yemen and Kuwait he led the Service Team, Repair, Maintenance, Testing and Commissioning in the entire Region including the District Cooling Plants in Qatar and Dubai.

Currently, Joule Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services was Established in 2021 operating for almost 6 Years in the Philippine Market with various Clients like Government Sector, Hotel Industry, BPO’s, Banks, Commercial Complex and Manufacturing Sector offering full range of HVAC/R services including HVAC/R Audit that complies with RA 11285 Energy Conservation Bill and offering expertise in Oil Free Magnetic Bearing Compressor.
